Did you change your mind? Maybe you need a different size or color? As long as your product is unworn, unused, or unwashed and within 14 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following:

Exchanges:

American Fetcher accepts exchanges as long as the product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. Promotional items are not eligible for exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for processing and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned items, we will refund you the difference according to our return policies. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned items, please include your credit card information or a check made payable to American Fetcher. Shipping on exchanges will be at the cost of the customer. Product exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.  

Returns:

American Fetcher accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn or damaged. For full refunds, the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and we can only issue credit to the original form of payment.

 

*Discounted / Special Offer items cannot be returned unless damaged.
